Nations Capitol Bass Federation takes their youth clubs from the Metropolitan Police Boys and Girls Clubs Fishing

The event was not as  large as we had originally anticipated.  It was held closely after Isabel made her way up the river.  As you can see from some of the pictures below, there was quite a bit of debris in the water and it was still pretty muddy.  However, once again referring to the pictures, you can tell that the fish were biting.  All of the kids from the Washington Metropolitan Boy's and Girl's club caught plenty of fish.
