The NCBF kids fished against the kids from Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania on Sunday June 18th from Smallwood State Park. Jennifer Bennett and Graylan Wright represented the older kids (15 to 18) and Megan Bennett and Tyler Thorne (11 to 14) represented the younger division. Each team was captained by Pete O'Donnell and Steve Wiseman. The teams caught fish and placed well in the competition.

Chuck Hartzman, Mickey McCleary, Keith Wright, Debbie Muth, Jim Kline and Gale Bennett assisted with the setup, cooking and weigh in. All were fed at the end of the day. The Maryland Bass Federation hosted and funded the days events. The next youth tournament will be at Kerr and hosted by Virginia.
