New Business:

Timonium Bass Expo Contract: The Board will vote to sign a new contract this week.

New Project: Scout Leader, Debbie Randle requested we teach her troop the sport of bass fishing. She has 10 to 15 girl scouts willing to take part in the class to be held at a nearby lake within the next two or three weeks. Board approval is required.

State Team Qualifications: A great deal of discussion has taken place over the past two years concerning the qualifications to be on the state team. There will be a discussion scheduled at the November Executive Board meeting.

Elections: All NCBF members can apply for an Executive Board position at this meeting. The only exception is for the Presidents position. Current and past Board members are eligible to apply for the Presidents position. The ballot will be prepared and mailed to all members after this meeting.

Tournament Committee: The 2007 tournament committee is being formed. To apply, contact Vice President Bo Curry about the responsibilities to be on this committee. It is very important to have this committee. They will decide the tournament trail for 2007.

Tournament Trailer: The interior and exterior of the trailer needs work. I propose we create a project to refurbish the trailer to allow for a one person operation to set up. This will be tabled until 2007.

Non-Boater Fees: All non-boaters are required to pay the boater fee of $40. In addition, the ramp fee is required irregardless of the boater having a paid entry sticker on his vehicle unless the ramp is free. Please remember this is a tournament rule, and members can be disqualified.

Open Team Tournament 2007: Let’s keep this item for next year. It can be an excellent fund raiser.
