Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.
Roll Call: Executive Board members and others in attendance: Bo Curry, Tim Cameron, Jim Kline, Chuck Hartzman, Brian Cox, and B. J. Walsh.
Treasurer’s Report: Total balance is $??????? All money has been deposited and all bills have been paid. For detailed information see the Profit and Loss Detail by Jim Kline.
Membership Totals: Total membership is 71- 68 “Full” members and 3 “Associate” members.
U.S. Park Service: The Park Service Bond refund has been deposited in the Sandy Spring Bank. Keith Wright (former Treasurer) has closed the account and transferred the funds to Jim Kline.
2004 State Team Standings: The team members are posted on our website. A new proposal will be
presented during the May 17th Board meeting to address identifying
the state team standings after each tournament.
NCBF Federation
Patches: An order for 100 more
patches will be placed to sell.
Weigh-In Forms: The Tournament Weigh-in form template has been sent to Kelly Press for design and printing. Danny Kelly has been away from the plant for several months and needs his OK to proceed.
Insurance for Events: All NCBF events requiring membership volunteers have been applied for and returned to the President by the insurance company.
