New Business

This Special Membership meeting was called in advance of the regularly scheduled Membership Meeting (18 December 2005) to discuss the current situation between ESPN/BASS and The Bass Federation, Inc. (TBF, Inc.).

Without going into long discussions over the current issue, the membership of this federation discussed the current issues at length, with just about everyone having an opportunity to express themselves. A motion was made by the Secretary Chuck Hartzman and seconded by 1ST Vice President Bo Curry to “support The TBF, Inc. 100% in whatever direction that the “majority” decides to do. The motion and vote are as follows:

“The NCBF Executive Board and the membership of Nations Capital Bass Federation in attendance of this special meeting, made a decision by a “unanimous” vote to support The Bass Federation, Inc. (TBF, Inc.) in whatever direction that the “majority” of State Federations vote on for the future of The Bass Federation, Inc.”

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 am.

Next Meeting: The next regularly scheduled NCBF Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 22 January 2006 at the Montgomery County Police and Fireman’s Academy in Rockville, MD.

Respectfully submitted,

Chuck Hartzman

NCBF Secretary
