Web Site: There have been some good changes on the web site but we have a long way to go. If anyone has ideas, they need to contact Dave Hamrick.

Ira, Dave & Keith for contacts.  Mike Muth might be able to work with us.

Tournament Trail: Are we set for the April 27 tournament? Is there an early opening fee? Should we think about moving the other two tournaments if the fee is too high? The tournament committee has received a fax of the “Permit for Marine Event” from the D.C. Harbor Patrol.

Need to have people signed up by the 18th of April Dead Line.

Early Opening Fee of $40 hour for each hour over the time the ranger needs to be there.

If for some reason we can’t get into DC we will have a plan to go to Leesylvinia.

He also received another letter from them with a notice from DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs that we need a Master Business license and it was to be filed no later than January 15, 2003. Not at this time

Fishing School Tournament: Brian and Alan had another meeting with the fishing school last Thursday. This will be the biggest event B.A.S.S. has ever seen a federation host. All we have to do is run the tournament and supply the boats and captains.

We will need Debbie and some of the kids teaching knot tying and lure making. This will give us the press that we need.

Letter Head: We need to get some letterhead made up for out going letters. Maybe Danny Kelly could help us at a minimal cost. (Danny said he would take care of us.)
