NCBF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order: The
meeting was called to order at
Roll Call: Members
present were, Chuck Walker, Bo Curry, Tim Cameron, John Sisson, Brian Cox, Jim
Kline, Chuck Hartzman.
Treasurer’s Report: Jim Kline reported a balance on hand of $4200.03. Several members still have not payed dues for 2006. Final transfer of records etc to Mike Dodd will take place within the next few days. Jim will hold the checkbook until the tax accountant is paid and to pay for the 2006 plaques.
Motion made and seconded for approval.

BUSINESS:
TBF/FLW:
40 States are now affiliated with TBF/FLW with 4 addition states
working on state rosters.
Trout Pond: Discussion continued to place ads for the Trout Pond on webpage to be used at different events. It will be advertised for a minimum of 2 day events. At this time the trout pond is $547.89 in the red.
Trailer: Chuck Walker is meeting with Roger Nelson to purchase a new banner. More info to come later.
Projects Completion: A page will be placed on the website to show completed projects and list members who completed those projects. This has been postponed until the website is completed which should be soon.
Weigh-In Bags: Jim Kline advised he has several boxes of weigh-in bags at home which he will forward to the tournament committee.
Laptop Computer: Still
looking into purchase.
By-Laws: Continue
to work on changes to By-Laws.
NEW
BUSINESS:
JR. Invitational: The
JR Invitational will be held June 18th. Boaters will be needed. Other
states, such as,

Plaques: Jim Kline will coordinate the purchase of the 2006 plaques. He will also purchase the plaques due to tournament winners overlooked in 2005. This oversight was the results of the Board vote to give plaques to several new tournament categories in 2005.
Tournament Trailer: The
tournament committee is looking for a member to volunteer to tow the trailer to
and from the 5 events this year. The volunteer needs to call Chuck Walker for
details. Projects could be waived for this service.

next meeting date has been changed due to the original date falling on Easter
