Call to Order: The

Roll Call: Members present were John Sisson, James Borum, Tim Cameron, Chuck Walker, Mike Dodd, John Freeze, Bo Curry, Chuck Hartzman, Mickey McCleary
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasure’s report was tabled until next month. Transfer of information between computers has held up the program. A donation of $2500 was received from Kelly Press. TX #1 brought in $978 after expenses.
TBF/FLW: TBF personnel are working on computer program to match names and numbers to both new and old members. Some problems have been noticed with people who are listed under 2 separate names, i.e. Chuck vs. Charles. Both staffs will continue to compare submitted information as needed to have a unified record. Some new members may notice an extended period of time to receive their packages. However, if you register online, you will be assigned a membership number immediately.
TBF will be holding the 1st Presidents meeting
in
Projects: Chuck brought up the need to change the present way of completing projects. There are several things that need to be worked on such as the trailer and items in the trailer, among other things. The subject was discussed and will be continued at a later time.
Banner: Chuck has contacted a sign company that will make a 5’ x 2’ banner for $157 with the colors to match our logo and sponsors. Discussion followed to enlarge the banner to 5’ x 4’. Jim Borum volunteered to present the banner idea to another company for cost comparisons.
Website: The website is up and running. Bassfan.com has been in touch with Chuck to start our new site on their page. That site will be used mainly for NCBF national info such as our contacts with local and the federal governments to include our state team, youth programs and conservation efforts. We will still keep our present website for up to date NCBF items such as tournament results, dates and membership items.
By Laws: All changes and references to BASS have been removed from the By Laws. The By Laws will be forwarded for publication on the website.
