What a difference a day can truly make with members like the Nations Capital Bass Federation. On Sunday the 22nd of September members poured into Anacostia Park to help clean up the Park for an upcoming event hosted by the National Park Service.

Adult and Youth members showed up for this cleanup. Some of the members left before the group pictures were taken but you can tell we had a great turn out.

Greg Dice is seen in the picture to the right helping a prospective member land a nice cat fish. Below on the left you can see our treasurer Keith Wright recruiting .

Anacostia Park has an Aquatic Resources building to help educate the kids in D.C. of the importance of conservation. The park has a pool and a covered skating ring for all to enjoy. NCBF holds it's tournaments out of the park and it is not rare to have 2,000 people in the park at the time of weigh-in.
