Meetings

Section 3.

Presidents Presidents/Members Conferences: Quarterly meetings of the Board of Presidents/Members shall be held during the calendar year on such a date, at such a place, and at such a starting time as shall be coordinated and determined by the Executive Board. Additional meetings may be held at the discretion of the President. To clarify the wording throughout these By-Laws at any and all designations where the words “Presidents Conferences” appear – The wording of “Presidents/Members Conferences” will replace and shall mean that the entire membership is invited to attend said conferences, but the voting power of the Board of Presidents will remain unchanged.
