Boat  Information: 

  By signing I hereby release the Nations Capital Bass Federation Inc., Its Officers, Its Sponsors and members from all liability from injury or damage to my property or to my person during any Nations Capital Bass Federation Event. I have read and understand all Tournament Rules and will abide by them completely. I will demonstrate true sportsmanship while participating in any Tournament.

**All boater will have to submit a copy of their insurance policy showing a minimum of $100,000 (USD) of liability coverage With this Application. Failure to do so will be considered as an incomplete application.

**Non Boaters are required to pay the Boater $40.00 for expenses plus any ramp fee. No exceptions unless waived by the Boater.
